Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Micromatic, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be cancelled and refunds may be issued.


  1. Order Cancellation

Before Order Shipment

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support.

  • If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued.

After Order Shipment

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • In such cases, the customer must follow the Return Policy after delivery (if eligible).


  2. Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before shipment

  • Product received is defective or damaged

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Approved return as per our Return Policy

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after shipment

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Digital products, software, or licenses (if applicable)


  3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.


  4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Product shows signs of use

  • Packaging or accessories are missing

  • Damage not caused by manufacturing defect


  5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
