At Micromatic, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be cancelled and refunds may be issued.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Order Shipment
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support.
If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued.
After Order Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
In such cases, the customer must follow the Return Policy after delivery (if eligible).
2. Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Order cancelled before shipment
Product received is defective or damaged
Incorrect item delivered
Approved return as per our Return Policy
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after shipment
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
Items returned without original packaging or accessories
Digital products, software, or licenses (if applicable)
3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
Product shows signs of use
Packaging or accessories are missing
Damage not caused by manufacturing defect
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
