1. Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories.
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification
Software, licenses, or digital products
Items without original packaging or missing accessories
Return Process
Contact our support team to request a return authorization.
Once approved, return the product to the provided address.
After inspection, approved returns will be processed.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 7–14 business days after approval.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
2. Warranty Policy

Products sold by Micromatic are covered by manufacturer warranty or seller warranty.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only under normal use conditions.
Warranty Duration
Warranty is 1 year from date of purchase.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage, liquid damage, or electrical surge damage
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper use or unauthorized repairs
